2019 Pink and Dizzy Reading Challenge

I’ve been doing a reading challenge for a few years now, and I find it really pushes me to try new books that I wouldn’t have usually considered. I get very excited each year when a new challenge is released, and I get to sit and coordinate the books that I fancy reading. The organised side of me comes out, and I start making lists and doing research into the books I want to read, and it’s so much fun for a book geek like myself!

Last year I started off with a 12 book reading challenge that I found online, and I expanded this with an unofficial challenge of 12 further books of my own.
This year I have decided to do something a little more official and created Pink and Dizzy’s very own 24 book reading challenge. I’ve thought long and hard about the categories that I’ve chosen and tried to make them as achievable and fun as possible.

Each fortnight I will dedicate a blog to each category, giving ideas and suggestions for each topic in case anyone is struggling to know what books to read. Also, I know not everyone likes to choose their books at the beginning of the year like me and will wait to see where their mood takes them at the time! So make sure you check back here regularly for the updates. Alternatively, sign up for our newsletter to get the stories straight to your inbox!

I’ll be posting my thoughts on the books I read for the challenge on here and over on twitter so follow me @pinkanddizzy and use the hashtags #pinkanddizzy #2019readingchallenge

So I hope everyone finds this as enjoyable as I will and that we have a fantastic book filled 2019!
