Pink and Dizzy has made every effort to display the beads and everything on this site as accurately as possible. However we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are being viewed on. In most cases the items look a 100% better in real life than they do in the pictures so we are sure you will get a pleasant surprise when they arrive with you!

Our Service and Delivery

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 2 working days of receiving your order. We will advise you of the availability of items out of stock or if there will be any delay to your order.

Shipping

All orders have a standard shipping cost of £1 plus 10% of the final order total. So for example if your order comes to £10.00, the shipping will be £2
All orders over £50 have FREE shipping!
We send all items 1st class recorded and delivery is usually within 48 hours of dispatch, however most items will arrive next day (however this is not gauranteed, its just a nice surprise!)

We now have the new option of pick up in store if you live locally and don't want to pay for postage but want to shop online! Just choose this option when you checkout and leave us a note in the comments on when we can expect you!

Overseas Delivery

We accept orders for delivery to any part of the world. Please phone our customer services team on 0845 201 1948 for a delivery charge quote before proceeding to the checkout.

Payment

Pink and Dizzy accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We operate a secure online processing system via Paypal, one of the worlds largest card processing companies. Our Shop and Contact Details

As well as our online shop we have our 'real' shop in Wootton Bassett where you will allways find a freiendly face and lots of help (well we will allways try and help anyway if you need it!)

Classes

For class bookings we ask for payment in full at the time of booking. Unfortunately we do not accomodate children under the age of 16, unless accompanied by a paying parent/adult (i.e.. 2 paid places). We do not odder refunds on class bookings but will, with a minimum of 1 weeks notice be happy to reschedule your class. Students who do not show for a class will not be refunded and do not have the option to be moved to another class. If Pink and Dizzy have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be issued.
